  • Over the past several years, overall payment processing costs within the industry have continued to rise due to increases in network assessments, interchange adjustments, fraud prevention requirements, and compliance obligations. While we have worked diligently to absorb as much of these increases as possible, we find it necessary to make a further adjustment to our transaction fees beginning February 1, 2026.This adjustment is required to ensure we can continue providing the secure, stable, and high-performance processing infrastructure that our clients rely on every day. As always, our goal is to remain competitively positioned within the marketplace, and even with this change, In Charge will continue to offer rates that are meaningfully below typical industry averages. We do not take fee increases lightly. These changes are implemented only when necessary to maintain the long-term sustainability, reliability, and service standards that define our platform.   • Due to a rise in overall processing fees within the industry over the past several years and having never changed our fee structure, we find it necessary to adjust our transaction fees accordingly. After careful consideration, we have determined that a tiered increase on January 1, 2024 and April 1, 2024 to achieve closer to an industry average is imperative to maintain the high-quality service and security measures we provide. These new rates will still maintain In Charge as an industry leader with fees typically 15-25% below our competitors and will enable us to continue offering reliable and efficient transaction processing while adapting to the evolving landscape of the financial industry.
